FREE Coach Support Events for New Coaches and coaches working with teams U7-U11

SHCFA have put on in partnership with your league, our ‘Creating the Right Environment’ workshops have been specifically designed for coaches working with our youngest players in teams at U7s & U8s and for those coaches who are new to coaching youth teams.

It is highly recommended by SHCFA and The Sheffield & Hallamshire Women & Girls Legaue that coaches of U7 or U8s teams attend this workshop. Any coach working with youth players will benefit and can attend!

The workshop will aim to support those coaches working with young players to ensure they are creating the best environment for our young player to develop as players and to develop a lifelong love of the game.

The workshop will include a practical coaching session for you to observe.

Learning Outcomes

  1. How to connect with your players
  2. How to provide equal opportunities
  3. Sharing the plan with players
  4. Providing effective feedback and celebrating success

We have arranged these league workshop to be delivered over a variety of days and times to help ensure that you are able to get to the workshop.
