The Sheffield Girls League is managed by a Committee who oversee all day-to-day functions of a football league. This includes registrations, fixtures, referee appointments, help and guidance, charges and fines and promotion of junior/open age football in the area.

With the introduction of the senior women teams, the league now covers age groups from Under 8 to Adult. With almost 300 teams now in the league, there is a place for all ages and abilities, from a wide area to enjoy football.

The Sheffield Girls League uses FA Full-Time for player registrations, respect and fixtures. Along with the League Club Admin Area there is a lot for clubs to use that hopefully makes things easy. The guidance list is constantly updated to make it easier to remember and help.
